Summary of Position:
LawHub is an exciting new platform by which LSAC is supporting the success of diverse, talented individuals on their journeys from prelaw through practice. The Director of Learning will join a cross-functional team devoted to creating products and services aimed at supporting students during their time in law school. A major component of this work will be developing courses that address subjects normally not included in the official law school curriculum. These courses may be created entirely internally to LSAC or with the assistance of outside presenters. The Director of Learning will work closely with the Senior Director of Legal Education Solutions and all members of LawHub to maximize student/customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

- Evaluate market research to determine and prioritize which solutions would be most valued by current law students.
- Develop learning modules and content for law students; may be created entirely internally to LSAC or with the assistance of outside presenters.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design highly engaging online programs and experiences.
- Manage logistics and communications during program design, while closely collaborating with the implementation and delivery team.
- Design and implement post-program surveys design to measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion partners to develop accurate profiles of students/customers.
- Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including higher and legal education subject matter experts, to generate content and approaches that meet desired learner outcomes.
- Continuously analyze information and data to determine next steps.
- Collaborate with diverse colleagues and executives across the organization to meet LSAC’s goals.
Qualifications
Competencies:
- Minimum Juris Doctorate
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in legal education.
